Most women wake each morning dreading getting out of bed because they cannot stand the thought of going to their workplace and doing that job they know they hate. They groan and moan on the way out the door, getting in the car and taking the dreaded commute to the job from hell. There are several factors that contribute to why women stay at jobs we hate longer than we should, the top reason are mostly money, complacency and lack of education or qualification for advancements.
