I tried Oprah's Billionaire Morning Routine for 1 Week ... Here's What Changed

Are you tired of dragging yourself out of bed in the morning, feeling sluggish and unproductive? Maybe it's time to take a cue from Oprah Winfrey and try her billionaire morning routine. That's exactly what I did, and in this post, I'll share my experience and the benefits of this routine.

First, let me first explain what Oprah’s billionaire morning routine looks like. According to various sources, Oprah has a very structured and disciplined morning routine:

7:10 AM | Wake Up

While Oprah may be awake early, she takes her time getting out of bed.

8:00 AM | Starts Day

Oprah gets up, brushes her teeth, and takes her five dogs out.

8:15 AM | Coffe Time

Oprah makes her favorite coffee or tea and while she’s waiting for her espresso to brew, Oprah reads cards from her 365 Gathered Truths box.

8:30 AM | Slient Meditation

Oprah meditates, which she does every day.

9:00 AM | Morning Exercise

Oprah works out for an hour.

So, this is what I’ll be doing for my morning routine for a week, and I'm hoping to see some positive changes in my productivity, mindset, and overall health.

CONCLUSION

Overall, trying a millionaire's morning routine was a challenging but rewarding experience. I learned that discipline, consistency, and mindset are crucial to success and that a structured morning routine can set the tone for the rest of your day. While it's not easy to wake up early and stick to a routine, the benefits are well worth it. I encourage you to try a structured morning routine for yourselves and see how it can positively impact your life.
